First Eucharist
ALL CHILDREN RECEIVING THE SACRAMENT OF FIRST EUCHARIST MUST FIRST RECEIVE THE SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION.
Who Should Register:
Children in grade 2 or higher who have received the sacrament of Baptism or Profession of Faith in the Roman Catholic Church.
Preparation for First Reconciliation program, then First Eucharist in the same school year. The preparation for First Reconciliation is the first half of program and after the celebration of the Sacrament we move onto First Eucharist.
First, Reconciliation and Eucharist, study booklets cost $50.
His Excellency Bishop McGrattan, Bishop of Calgary has brought the parishes of the Diocese together to offer a Sacramental Preparation Program that is consistent in form and content. This initiative is designed to assist the home, school and parish in nurturing the faith of your child as you prepare them for receiving the sacraments.
All of the Catholic parishes in the Calgary Diocese work closely with the school communities. The Catholic schools provide Religious and Family Life Education for your child and the parishes provide the Sacramental Preparation Program for your child.
How To Register:
To register, please fill out the online registration form . Either email or drop off registration and required forms at the parish office. Monday to Friday between 9am and 12 noon OR on weekends before Mass.
